Battle skill for RPG Maker MV: an elite skill gives every enemy of a group (<jaoGroup:…>) extra actions in the same turn, in addition to their normal actions, plus an optional state. The target is the actor with the highest average damage from the optional swarm memory, otherwise random. Only the default MV turn order is covered.
